TSC | Trilogy Bows-Up-For-Hope
As we work to turn Trilogy “pink” again this year, you will be hearing from your neighborhood Ambassador about our drive to raise funds for the Cancer Care Fund at Arroyo Grande Community Hospital Foundation (AGCHF).

The Fund allows local patients undergoing treatment to get financial support for psycho-social counseling sessions, genetic counseling, colonoscopy screenings, cancer support groups, transportation services, and much more.

Thanks to the generosity of the Trilogy community, we raised over $42,000 last year, and hope to exceed that goal in 2026.

To reserve your parkway tree bow, a minimum donation of $10 is requested. Larger contributions are, of course, very welcome. Small pet or golf bag bows are also a great way to show your support ($5 donation/bow suggested). If you prefer to donate online, go to www.supportarroyogrande.org/trilogy-bows. That also helps out our dedicated Ambassadors.

After your donation is received, an Ambassador from the Trilogy Service Club will tie a bow on the parkway tree in front of your home on October 3 Bows will be up in Trilogy through October 31. Your street Ambassador will remove bows for you.

Questions? Contact the Trilogy Service Club, Carol Morrison, President at carol@carolmorrison.com

HOA News & Events
Dear Homeowners,

Please remember that Sidewalk Buffers are Association-maintained common areas. Homeowners may not alter, remove, or modify the grass, plants, or irrigation in these spaces.

All routine care—including turf repair, irrigation adjustments, planting, and fertilizing—must be completed exclusively by the Association’s authorized contractors. Watering of the Sidewalk Buffer, however, remains the responsibility of the individual homeowner. If you notice damage, dry areas, an irrigation issue, or a leak, please report it to the HOA Office instead of attempting repairs yourself. Reach out to Danielle.Kuntz@MonarchDunesHOA.com or Douglas.Smith@MonarchDunesHOA.com with any issues.

Future Turf Replacement Options

The DRC and the Sidewalk Buffer Task Force are currently working together to develop approved drought-tolerant and water-saving landscaping options for the community.

Please keep the following in mind as this process is developed:

Current Status: The HOA will continue to maintain existing lawn/turf buffers in their current condition.
Future Conversions: Once finalized, homeowners may opt to replace their turf with an approved alternative at their own expense.
DRC Application & Approval Required: Any future changes will require prior application and approval by the DRC before work begins.
Wait for Final Guidelines: Homeowners must not modify or remove existing turf until the Task Force and DRC finalize the process and official guidelines are issued.

Thank you for your cooperation in maintaining the appearance and functionality of our community’s shared spaces.
